The Bellefontaine High School Quiz Bowl team competed in the Kenton Invitational on Monday night.

The Chiefs finished 3-1 with victories over Ridgemont, Hardin Northern, and Kenton.

BHS fell to defending state champion Northmont.

Oliver Moreland was the third leading scorer for the tournament with an average of 77.5 points per match.

Jeffrey Smith was the 9th leading scorer with 33.75 points per match.

The Chieftain Quiz Bowl team (12-3) will compete in the Small School State Championship in Upper Sandusky on Saturday.

BHS has qualified for the Small School National Championship in Chicago on April 26th-28th.
